- Brent Freborg Added 2017-11-25★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Moderately priced: $800 or so, not including hydro but including cable but not Internet. The apartments are needing renovations and the building is old. The renos done are lack luster. The company running it has a good manager on site who is very helpful. They are small, good for one person but not overly affordable. For two people the price is pretty good but it would be cramped living. The location is one of its major benefits, it is close to the green belt and in a safe area.
