  I drive an 04 VW jetta and on april 18 I went to the great canadian oil change on austin rd in the hart. I asked for just an oil change which ended up taking 36 min, a bit long but not a big deal. I paid my bill and left upon driving downtown my car was scraping on the road so we pulled over and looked under the car. My skid plate was hanging an inch of the ground and someone had tryed to duct tape it back on. I immediatly drove back up to austin rd talked to the employee who said it was like that when you brought it in!!
  I then asked for a manager who they called in from home (John). He showed up angry and said it was his sunday and that he did not appreciate being hear. I asked him to look at my vehicle and his response was i will not even talk with you until you pull your car into the shop as i proceeded they had to put down 2x8 for me to drive up onto as my hanging skid plate would drag otherwise. Funny how i drove in fine for the anishiale oil change?? Once in the shop he (john) looked under my vehicle and said all i can do is tear it off and through it in the bush.......unbelievable!!! He would not offer to even expect there fault let alone fix the problem. When i went to leave i asked for his full name several times and he just ignored me and drove away. I also requested to see the video surrvaliance of the oil change and was denied this to!!!!!
