  I was in a bind to get a new tire during a long trip on my BMW R1200GS and they were the only choice I had. To my pleasant surprise they not only had a tire to get me moving but they were extremely helpful and willing to replace the tire even though they were in the middle of two other jobs. I was ushered around back to the shop and provided the space to re and re my rear tire in their yard and immediately did their part once I had the wheel assembly off and ready for the replacement.
  You can say what you want about the differences about us riders from the BMW world and the Harley world but this dealer was outstanding and did not hesitate to go overboard to help out a "Rider" no matter the manufacturer.
