  I won't be back. Your front counter customer service arrogance is lucky these guys can be an outlet. Needless to say I had to move my reservation to another day and to another outlet or the front desk lady would of had her head chewed off by me because I was denied service after setting up the trailer with correct details on the website days before and she tried to call me a liar after saying she didn't have my reservation details in the system and proceeded to input the vehicle information etc and said I did it wrong. I left as an unhappy camper and called uhaul. they told me they could see my check in on their end and the vehicle details. Be prepared to bring a 7500 pound reciever and ball if your pulling a car trailer. This idiot will deny service and lose money for uhaul. Horrible service and will never use this outlet for a U-Haul again.
